Rachel found yoga in 2013 and immediately fell in love! In spring of 2016 she completed her RYT-200; then completed an apprenticeship program with Citizen Yoga in autumn of 2017, with additional training in Prenatal yoga in the autumn of 2018. She is also a trained labor and postpartum birthworker, holistic fertility doula, reiki practitioner and pelvic steam facilitator through her personal business Revenir Services. She has a passionate drive to develop a community that deeply supports and empowers her clients and students.
