This 30 minute chair yoga class is for all levels. This class is specifically for folks that can't bare weight on their hands and knees or have difficulty moving from grounding to standing postures.
Assists students in strengthening their body awareness. Students will feel grounded and fully engaged.
Assists students in learning weight disruption and alignment while in downward dog. Students will also see a few different options for getting to the top of your mat.
Explore crow pose using a block. This class is designed for all levels of practitioners focusing on building confidence with crow pose as well as some crow pose transitions. Fine tune your crow pose practice and have have fun with poses balanced on your hands.
