Dayle was introduced to yoga while studying music and theatre at Central Michigan University. The physical practice helped with breath support and was a great way to ‘warm-up’ before a show. As an anxious actor in NYC, the yoga mat quickly became a place of refuge, while fostering self-love, compassion and providing a much needed community. Dayle holds a safe space for her students to explore their breath, bodies and minds. With over 5,000 teaching hours Dayle is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT & YA Continued Education Provider. She holds additional certifications in prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga and yoga for kids & families. Dayle is also a Thai body worker offering hands on sessions out of Citizen Yoga.
