Citizen On-Demand is a digital movement and well-being studio offering the best of Citizen Yoga to students all over the world. With hundreds of alignment-based yoga classes, guided yoga and mental health series, and motivating challenges, students have the opportunity to improve their overall well-being on their own time, at their own pace, and at their own place.
To me yoga should be accessible, challenging and fun, and that's the focus of my classes. Accessibility (offering modifications and props), challenging (working the whole body) and fun (life is challenging, let's have a good time together). I've been practicing since 2006 and had the pleasure to live and study in New Jersey and Cleveland, learning many different approaches to yoga. In 2014 I became a RYT 200 teacher and haven't stopped learning since, completing more than 300 hours of additional training. I'm currently enrolled in the Citizen 300hr training program. I moved back to Michigan in 2019 and wandered around trying to fit my yoga community and found it here at Citizen, drawn to the diverse group of yogis, teachers, and styles of yoga. Citizen's core value of inclusion is at the heart of my yoga practice and my love for this community.
