Basics

The class is designed for beginners and students of all levels with or without specific injuries. These classes will help open the hips, hamstrings, and strengthen core while opening all areas in the body that can cause back, neck, and shoulder pain.

  • Basics: Back Health on the Wall with Carly

    A quick video to assist with opening hips and hamstrings while releasing tension in low back with legs up the wall. Blocks and straps are always encouraged however, not required.

  • Pose Breakdown: Sun Salutations with Kacee

    Rise + Shine with Kacee as she guides you through some deconstructed Sun Salutations that open up the shoulders + work the front + backline of the body.

    Props Needed: 2 blocks + optional strap

  • Ashtanga: Short Short Form with Kacee

    Kacee will lead a shortened Ashtanga series rooted in tradition. Move through sun as, a strong standing series, and progress to forward bends, core work, inversions + hip opening.

    This 30 minute chair yoga class is for all levels. This class is specifically for folks that can't bare weight on their hands and knees or have difficulty moving from grounding to standing postures.
