10 Minutes a Day to Handstand with Alice
Handstands are playful and empowering! Learning this balancing act requires strength and flexibility, but also knowledge about what is happening when the body is upside-down. Join Alice for a fun and informative mini-series, exploring the subtilties of alignment and muscle engagement in handstand.
Purposeful instruction and drills will prepare the body for balancing on the hands.
Props for series include: wall, strap, block/s, small cloth (i.e. t-shirt).
